DOROTHY WHARTON, BScF, RPF (Ret), REALTOR®
Buying or selling a home is a big decision as is your decision choosing a real estate professional to work with.
Becoming a Real Estate Professional is my second career and my second professional affiliation. For 30 years, I worked for the BC Provincial Government with the Ministry of Forests and Range in various locations throughout the province. I have had a Registered Professional Foresters designation since 1995. I am quite familiar with my responsibilities and obligations regarding Professional Code of Ethics, Professional Reliance and Accountability.
Having moved several times, I have also had the
opportunity of buying and selling several of my own homes and property, as
well as purchasing a home-based business.
I understand what it is like buying and selling a home and the range of emotions that one experiences along the way.
Helping you move through your real estate transaction journey with greater ease and understanding is one of my commitments to you.
